Greek champions Olympiakos completely dominated the Greek football derby against arch-rivals Panathinakos, prevailing with an emphatic 3-0 victory, Sunday evening in Piraeus. The win puts the reds 7 points clear of their main contenders in the race for the title. The match was decided in the first half when two headers by Botia (21’) and Ideye (43’) from set pieces, and a shot by Elyounoussi on the break in the 26th minutes gave the reds an unassailable 3-goal advantage. Panathinaikos squandered a chance to make a contest out of the match when Ledesma missed a penalty in the 61st minute.
