President of PASOK Fofi Gennimata responded to the accusations of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras stressing that the financial data of PASOK were released at the initiative of the same party and asked Alexis Tsipras:

“What are you are afraid of and you do not accept the proposal for an examining committee for everything and for everybody? We will support the forming of an examining committee  for party and media loans. What are you afraid of forming an examining committee  for cases  since 2002”?

“You had promised to cancel the memorandum with one law and one article. You did not. Now I challenge you: cancel all laws- interventions to justice with one law and one article. You are the government, you can do it, if you want, “said Mrs. Gennimata responding to cases of justice intervention by previous governments. “
