Papafragas is one of the most impressive sites of Milos that resembles a natural celestial swimming pool carved out of cliffs. Crystalline waters change colors according to the weather and light. The area, with its surrounding caves was used as a hideout during Byzantine times.The area is near the Filakopi Archaeological site.
