Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on the sidelines of Supporting Syria and the Region conference which takes place in London.

The discussion is expected to focus on the refugee crisis, while according to unconfirmed information, Mr. Tsipras will raise the issue of the extreme requirements that Greece’s lenders ask from Greek government.

Addressing the conference, Mr. Tsipras is expected to ask for a political solution about the Syrian issue, as well as cooperation regarding the refugee relocation program in Europe and other countries.
