Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras commented on a large rally currently underway at Syntagma Square, in front of the Greek parliament, where more than 10,000 people gathered to express their support for his new government.

The Greek premier uploaded a photo showing the large crowd at the rally in the center of Athens on his official Twitter account. The photo was accompanied by the following caption:

“Across the cities of Greece and Europe, people take part in the battle of negotiation. They are our source of strength.”
