Representatives both for and against the strike were present for the court ruling
Shortly before 11pm, the Athens First Instance Court ruled the PPC workers’ strike illegal.
GENOP representatives of the striking workers were present in court, while representatives of the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO) as well as Independent Transmission System Operator representatives( ITSO), opposed the strike action and asked the court to declare it illegal.
