The site concerthotels.com created a unique graph which shows the vocal ranges of today’s artists and also those of the greatest of all times. Based on the highest and lowest notes hit by the singers in the studio, the chart reveals who were the most talented singers of all times.

On top of this original list is the frontman of Guns N ‘Roses, Axl Rose followed by Mariah Carey, Prince, Steven Tyler and James Brown. In the last places we see Luke Bryan, Taylor Swift, Karen Carpenter, Sam Cooke and right at the bottom… Justin Bieber.

Although this graph is particularly revealing regarding the talent of every singer it does not determine their true value, as the vocal range is only part of the ‘package’.
