The biggest radish in Greece comes from Crete. The former Mayor of Kastelli, George Oikonomakis, picked it from his farm. It weighs 4 kilos and 860 grams – heavier than a poodle. The radish was grown without the use of fertilizers and is yet another miracle of the Cretan earth.
Unfortunately, it may not be the largest radish in the world… Here’s one half a meter high from the Zheijang Province in China.
