Turkey violates Greek airspace again

Turkish jet fighters flew over Oinousses at 8:02 at 17,000 feet

A pair of Turkish F-16 fighters flew over the Greek island of Oinousses on Tueasday at 8:02 at 17,000 feet just a day after Turkey violated again the Greek airspace.

On Monday, two Turkish F-16 entered Athens FIR between the islands of Lesvos and Chios without submitting flight plan, while they also flew over the island of Oinousses.

Turkey escalates its challenges over Greek sovereignty, since Turkish fighters did not just fly over small islets in the Aegean, but reached one of the largest Greek islands, Lesvos, and Oinousses.
