According to US media, authorities arrested three men from New York associated with terrorism.
Initial information refers to three men aiming to become ISIS Jihadists.
They managed to travel from Iraq and Syria and they were determined to launch attacks against the US.
As an Associated Press reported, one out of the three men was arrested at JFK airport, the second in Brooklyn and the third one in Florida.
All three were arrested overnight. They were charged with attempt and conspiracy to provide material support to ISIS. Each faces up to 15 years in prison.
According to local authorities, two of the arrested had intrigued police authorities, since last summer they expressed their support to the terrorist organization on the Internet.
As NBC reports, prosecutors in Brooklyn identified the men as 24 year old Abdurasul Juraboev, 19 year old Akhror Saidakhmetov, and 30 year old Abror Habibov.
Juraboev and Habibov are Uzbek citizens, and Saidakhmetov is a citizen of Kazahkstan.
