A big surprise awaited those who attended yesterday the big party held by Capital shipping company, owned by Vangelis Marinakis, at “Island” club restaurant.

Antonis Remos performed on the same stage with renowned American singer Gloria Gaynor (best known for the huge hit “I will survive”) showing the audience a great time.

The two sang a bilingual version of “Killing me Softly” ballad, with Gloria Gaynor singing in English and Antonis Remos in Greek.

The party was held as part of the Posidonia maritime event and it was attended by more than 1,000 guests, including many prominent personalities of the maritime sector.
