Free with a few restrictive conditions is the former Minister of Finance Mr. Giorgos Papakonstantinou, after today’s plea to the Supreme Courts special investigator Mr. Iosif Tsalaganidi, for the Lagarde list case.

The restrictive conditions of 30.00 euro deposit and the monthly visits to the Police Station of the area, were unanimously imposed to the former minister.

Mr. Papakonstantinou has apologized for two felony offenses (service infidelity and document distorted) and to a misdemeanor degree (misconduct) for his handling of the case Lagarde list.
