Nobody knows the full truth about the 49 year old who embalmed her own mother ,in the area of Pagrati, Greece.

The horrific story is unfolding slowly. The unfortunate 84 years of age, past away of natural causes 2 years ago. The even more shocking part of this case, is that the daughter for the last two years kept her mother in the house in that state and therefore it was not a reaction of the moment, but possibly something premeditated and conscious, while normally she was receiving her pension.

The 49 year old Chemistry expert had hidden the corpse of her elderly mother in the chest after she had wrapped her, in order for visitors and neighbors not to be able to smell or see her.

According to recent information, the daughter , confessed to police officers that she did it so she wouldnt loose her mother.

After many years living in France the pair of them returned to Greece in 2010. The mother passed away in 2012.

After her actions, the Chemistry expert, left the apartment in Paggrati and lived in hotel room. After not paying the rent to the owner and refusing to give him the keys, she use to be making excuses to everyone, about her mother’s where-abouts .

In May this year the landlord initiated an eviction process and it all came to light when on Thursday, a lawyer with a bailiff came to record the furniture in order to carry out the eviction. Nobody could believe what they saw when they opened the trunk. As expected, immediately they called the police who rushed to the spot, while they notified the daughter.
When the 49 year old was asked by the police about the body, she pretended not to understand, and to the question of why she had done this terrible thing to her mother, anxiously replied that she did it so she wouldn’t leave her.

She was later arrested and interrogated at the police headquarters
