The tragic story of a U.S. model and her 40 year old entrepreneur husband was brought to public attention recently and it is spreading through the internet, as it also involves two Hollywood actors, Leonardo DiCaprio and Adrian Grenier.
32-year old Katie Cleary, a successful model that appeared on the first series of America’s Next Top Model and has since had minor roles in The Break Up, Iron Man 2 and Entourage, was photographed chatting and dancing closely with Leonardo DiCaprio last month. The famous actor was even pictured whispering into the model’s ear, although he is dating Victoria’s Secret model Toni Garrn and she was married to 40 year old Andrew Stern.

However, during her stay in Cannes, Katie Cleary was also spotted out and about with Entourage cast member Adrian Grenier while in Cannes.

Today, it became known that the model’s husband, 40-year old Andrew Stern shot himself in the head on Sunday. According to sources, Cleary and Stern were in the process of getting a divorce.

The couple’s friends revealed that the entrepreneur was ‘suffering significant stress over marital problems’ and had a history of depression, while others said he had financial strains.
