Manolis Mitsias, who had the good fortune to work with two great composers, Vasilis Tsitsanis and Manos Hatzidakis attempts a “marriage” of both their different, but at the same time, great works.
Tomorrow night, in the Herod Atticus Odeon some of the greatest and most beloved songs of the two composers will be heard. Vasilis Tsitsanis, which was characterized by the great Manos Hatzidakis as the “Greek Mozart” entrusted Manolis Mitsias his 40 year anniversary, while Manos had offered Mitsias the first performances in some of his greatest records.
The melodies of these songs will be performed by the Orchestra of Plucked Strings “Thanasis Tsipinakis” with mandolins and guitars. During the evening, there will also be a presentation of a fictional dialogue between the great composers Vassilis Tsitsanis and Manos Hatzidakis, writted by Yiorgos Chronas.
