Equity prices on Wednesday were rising on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index up 0.33%, standing at 1,112.61 points at 11:00 am, and turnover at 6.35 million euros.
The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 0.22%, and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was also up 0.49%.
On individual sector indices, the biggest gains were in Travel and Leisure (+1.18%), and Telecoms (+1.08%). The biggest losses were in Food (-0.69%) and Oil (-0.60%).
Of the stocks traded, 28 were up, 15 were down and 11 were unchanged.
