The picture posted by ISIS militants showing an infant placed next to a Kalashnikov, guns and several grenades and lying upon a flag of the ISIS has shocked the world.

The baby, which is believed to be no more than six months old, is probably the youngest “member” of jihadists. The picture of the baby was posted on Twitter with the hashtag #IS.

A user in social media accused the organization of using “babies as weapons to kill innocent people”. This image is thought to be the latest photo posted by jihadists as part of their propaganda on the Internet, while the number of photos showing children holding guns posted by ISIS militants raise fears that jihadists are trying to initiate young children to their organization.

Last month a fighter posted on Twitter a picture of his son, who is believed to be seven years old, holding a head, which is thought to be that of a Syrian soldier writing: “That’s my boy!”
