Poroshenko’s Ukrainian government and Pro-Russian rebels have agreed upon and signed a ceasefire deal that will begin at approximately 6 p.m. local time in Kiev.

The deal was made after talks in Belarussian capital, Minsk, which included Russian and Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe officials.
