Equity prices recorded a drop on Tuesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) as the basic share price index decreased by 0.43% at 1,150.94 points at 11:00 am with a turnover at 4.77 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 0.63% and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index went up 0.06%.

The biggest gains on individual sector indices were recorded in Real Estate (+2.04%) and Commerce (+1.52%) while the biggest losses were recorded in Health (-2.79%), Chemicals (-0.97%) and Telecoms (-0.44%).

26 of the stocks traded increased, 29 were down and 4 remained unchanged.
