Today the in charge psychiatrist of the homeless hostel in Athens was released but under restrictive conditions after her testimony to the third special magistrate of Athens.

The psychiatrist is facing charges of lethal exposure, an offence concerning the suicide of the 44 year old mental patient, last Friday.

Finally, it was decided that the 60 year old psychiatrist will be released under the restrictive condition of ban on leaving the country as well as to be visiting her local police station twice per month.
