General Secretary of Public Revenue Aikaterini Savvaidou has issued new guidelines for confiscation and asset recovery as a result of foreclosure due to debt owed to the public sector. The rules are on the site of the General Secretariat of Public Revenue, and area as follows:

1. * Auction programs against debtors with arrears in excess of 300,000 euros to be published.
2. * The full names of the debtors being affected will be published.
3. * Concise descriptions as well as photos of the auction asset will be made available.
4. * The value of the first bid is to be determined as well as the name of the person auctioning the place, the address of the auction and the time and date when it is to take place.
