Gilles Marini, the actor, known for his roles in the film “Sex and the City” and the U.S. television show “Brothers and Sisters”, was born in France to a Greek mother and Italian father.
He gladly talks about his Greek side –
His father had a bakery and Marini worked there since the age of eight. From there he put on a uniform and joined the French army. After a stint as a soldier he became a fireman and served at the Paris Fire Brigade where he was spotted by photographer Fred Goudon who introduced him to the world of modeling.
Thank you Mr. Goudon. The women of the world are grateful!
