Spanish nurse Teresa Romero remains hospitalized and believes that she most likely got infected when she touched her face without wearing any gloves. In her exclusive interview to Spanish newspaper El Pais, admitted that she made the mistake while she was taking off the special protection suit that she was wearing while taking care the priest Manuel Garcia Viejo, who died on the 25th of September from Ebola.
She also said that she hopes to emerge victorious from this battle and that she has no fever and already feels better.
Teresa Romero is currently receiving treatment with plasma from a patient who has overcome the disease.
