As she confessed, working out wasn’t her favorite thing to do, but “I hit 40 and I started seeing a softness everywhere on my body,” she said about kicking her butt in gear to work out regularly. “I knew it was time to do something, so I did.”

However, it’s her food addiction on which she’s more focused to tackle, since she is obsessed with candies. She is even determined to get hypnotized so as to solve this issue.

“I heard about someone in L.A. who got hypnotized so they wouldn’t eat candy,” she said adding about her unyielding passion for cake, “I’m seriously looking into that because I’m obsessed.”
