When Renée Zellweger appeared with a puffy face and perfectly smooth brow at an event in Los Angeles triggered rumors that she had cosmetic surgery procedure.

Her transformation was rather disappointing and reminded us other Hollywood stars who trusted cosmetic surgeons in order to stay young or look more beautiful. However, the results were not exactly what we, and maybe they, had expected.

Some stars have had so much “help” from plastic surgeons that they are barely recognizable, even though some of them deny of having accepted this kind of “help”.
