Another 67 members of the Sunni Albu Nimr tribe were killed by the Islamic Sate during the campaign of killings that began last week as retaliation for the tribe’s resistance to the Islamist group’s march.
Among the 67 victims many women and children.
In the past weeks the Islamic State has noted a series of victories threatening to bring under their control the whole of Sunni province which extends from the border with Syria to the outskirts of Baghdad.
Members of the Sunni Albu Nimr tribe had resist but soon their ammunition, fuel and food depleted and left them week.
Hundreds of fighters withdrew while many left the village.
Also many of them were arrested by the Jihadist Islamic state and many also were killed.
Since the shooting began last week over 300 people have been executed.
