Equity prices rose on Monday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index increasing 0.64%, at 921.70 points at 11:05 am, and turnover at 8.47 million euros.

Individual sector indices saw the biggest gains in Food & Beverages (+1.50%), Technology (+1.13%) and Industrial Products (+0.63%).

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks increased by 0.71%, and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index also went up 1.24%.

42 of the stocks traded went up, 13 went down and 10 remained unchanged.
