Famous Hollywood actress Salma Hayek narrowly avoided an embarrassing nip slip during a wet photo shoot that took place in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

The 48-year-old star was photographed clutching on to her cleavage as she stepped out of a pool in a black strapless gown, in an attempt to contain her voluptuous chest.

The wardrobe malfunction did not seem to upset the famous Latina, who was smiling at the photo shoot assistants as they were helping her out of the pool!
