One Direction band members Harry Styles and Liam Payne were asked to play “Fourplay”, a segment in a show where he was directed questions by fans. He probably wasn’t expecting to get the hysterical reaction he did when he made a throw-away comment about gender not being particularly important regarding the age-old question of what he looks for in a girl. Payne answered “Female, it’s a good trait.”

Then, Styles replied: “Not that important.” This added fuel to tabloid articles that have often focused on Styles’ sexuality. Last year, he told GQ magazine that he “didn’t think” he was bisexual but he’s always been vague regarding this.
