A video which allegedly displays the decapitated corpse of a prisoner of ISIS, was published on Sunday.

As international media broadcasts, it is American Peter Kassig, who had appeared at the end of the video beheading their previous, British, hostage.

“This is Peter Kassig. An American citizen of  your country, Peter who fought against Muslims in Iraq served the US army, but now he does not have much to say”, says the masked man beside the corpse of the 26 year old.

The same sources say that the video also depicts the decapitation of several Syrian officers. According to Aljazeera, the video shows at least 12 Syrian pilots and officers of Bashar Al Assad’s forces.

26 year old Kassig was abducted in Syria in October 2013 while travelling to a city as a member of the SERA organization. According to his parents, during his detention he had embraced Islam and changed his name to Abdul Rahman.
