Following a several hours delay, Just after 11 in the evening the critical teleconference with troika began.

Present to the teleconference in the Ministry of Finance from the Greek side are Mr. Hardouvelis, Mr. Papastavrou, Mr. Staikouras, Mr. Mavraganis and Mr. Lazaridis.

According to information the long delay was due to the disagreement between the IMF and the Europeans as to whether and if the lenders should come to Greece and also a dispute of the time difference between Europe and US.

Troika’s arrival in Athens is the main  aim of the conference call, since on the substance is the condition for the discussion on key issues to begin.
