Greece’s privatisation agency (HRADF) recently announced the deadlines for the submission of the required documentation and the first bid for the privatization of 12 state-owned properties via an e-auction.

More specifically, for six properties that are former County Courts in the regions of Messinia, Achaia, Ilia, Limni Evias, Kato Nevrokopi and Paramythia as well as a listed building in the centre of the town of Patras, the deadline expires on December 17.

December 8 is the deadline for the submission of required documentation and first bid for the tendering process relating to the five remaining properties in Plaka.
