German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble stated on Sunday that the Finance Ministers of the Eurozone will discuss in early December the conditions for providing Greece with a precautionary credit line, with conditions attached, when its current aid program reaches its end.
According to Reuters, Mr. Schaeuble told German public broadcaster ARD that “until then, the troika and Greece have to determine whether Greece has fulfilled the conditions for the disbursement of the last tranche of the current program.”
Germany’s Finance Minister also told Reuters that Greece’s position is better than Europe assumed 2 years ago but still the country needs support on financial markets.
