The main opposition Radical Left Coalition (SYRIZA) political secretariat met on Tuesday, without the presence of the party leader Alexis Tsipras, to discuss the current political situation, following the second round of elections that failed to elect Stavros Dimas as Greek president.
The SYRIZA party foresees early national elections as it doesn’t believe that the majority of 180 MP votes will be gathered for the last round of presidential elections on December 29. The next meeting has been scheduled for December 30.
