Independent Greeks leader Panos Kammenos will not ask to be appointed as a Deputy Prime Minister in the new coalition government, according to ANEL sources.
Instead, he will receive a ministerial post, in a small cabinet “comprised of ten ministers and a few alternate and deputy ministers,” the same sources reveal.
The new government’s top priority will be the debt issue and the cooperation between the two coalition partners, namely SYRIZA and ANEL, will be based on the so-called Thessaloniki program.
Moreover, according to information, SYRIZA and ANEL have already reached an agreement on the issue of the Greek President and ANEL’s red lines on national issues will be respected by its leftist coalition partner.
