Roughly eight out of ten (79.2%) respondents expressed a positive opinion vis-a-vis the policy statements announced by the Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Sunday. The poll was conducted by GPO on behalf of private MEGA channel. On the other hand 17.9% of respondents expressed a negative opinion.
As to if the policy statements announced were consistent with campaign promises, 85.5% of respondents replied “Yes” and 11.1% “No”.
On if the government’s strategy will lead to a compromise, 73.6% believe that “Yes it will”, while 16.2% believe that the strategy will backfire and lead to conflict.
On the other hand, 60.9% of respondents believe that the danger of a possible Grexit is still possible, and only 34.8% believe Grexit is no longer an issue.
