Samsung is warning customers not to discuss personal information in front of their Smart TV sets. The terms and conditions of the privacy policy, ignored by many, state that such sets listen to what is said.

According to the manual (that most fail to read):

“Please be aware that if your spoken words include personal or other sensitive information that information will be among the data captured and transmitted to a third party through your use of voice recognition.”
