The gorgeous brunette delighted the crowd attending the glamorous event when, due to a wardrobe malfunction, her breast popped out of her sexy red Vivienne Westwood dress, as she was twirling on the dance floor with her 82-year-old date, billionaire Richard Lugner.

Canalis laughed off the unfortunate incident and went on to have a great time. She later told reporters that the ball was “really beautiful” and something everyone must experience.
