Irina Shayk, the gorgeous Russian model and ex-girlfriend of real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo took a thinly-veiled swipe at her former flame, by admitting that she has felt “ugly” and “insecure” alongside the wrong man.

In an interview to Spanish magazine Hola she characterized her ideal man as “faithful, honest and a gentleman who knows how to treat women,” and noted that those who make their girlfriends feel unhappy, are boys and not men.

Fuelling rumors that the Portuguese striker was not loyal during their relationship, the beautiful 29-year-old model said that, although she thought at some point that she had found the ideal man, it didn’t turn out that way.

She also added that “a woman feels ugly when she’s got the wrong man at her side,” confessing that she has felt ugly and insecure.
