After Tim Burton’s mediocre art exhibition in 2010, the countless exhibitions about so-called furniture and a huge one about Tilda Swindon sleeping behind glass panes, Bjork now seemingly continues a bad streak with her latest MOMA show.
The exhibition which opened on March 8 and will take place until June 7th is visited by many, but very few actually like it. The exhibition presents 20 years of Bjork’s life, her albums and all of the weird props she has used in her music videos.
Another room has clothes from all of her dresses, including the swan-like dress she wore in 2001.
Many art critics and journalists, however, speak of the need to replace the MOMA’s directors, after so many rather uncomfortable exhibitions.
