Equity prices rose at 11 a.m. on Tuesday on the Athens Stock Exchange with the basic share price index up by 2.61% at 782.99 units and turnover at 9.15 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up by 2.75% and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was up 1.97%.

All individual sectors went up with the biggest gains in Financials (+3.78%), Banks (+3.32%) and Raw Materials (+3.23%).

51 of the stocks increased, 10 went down and 6 remained unchanged.
