US stocks notes a fall, as investors focus to the Fed two-day meeting which is expected to indicate the mood of the central bank on interest rates.

Dow declined 128 points or 0.71% to 17.849 units – The S & P 500 fell by 0.35% to 2.074 points, while Nasdaq recorded a profit of 0.15% to 4.937 units.
