Two members of the “Iranian Revolutionary Guards” were targeted and killed by a US Military Drone, according to Iranian news agency Irna.

According to Irna the two men were killed on March 23rd by a US Drone who was operating against ISIS near Tikrit.

The city in northern Iraq has been the focal point of an Iraqi Army operation who is trying to recapture it from ISIS forces. Said operation was reinforced by US air raids since the 25th.

The US Pentagon denied all allegations on the incident, stating that the coalition forces began their Air operations on March 25th, two days after the incident.
