INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados
2 sheets of gelatin
180 gr of bitter chocolate
2 tblspns cocoa
1 tblspsn instant coffee
4 tblspn butter
1/4 teaspoon grated orange
2 tblspn black rum
3 tblspn honey
420 gr thickened cream, beaten until stiff
grated chocolate and 1 peeled orange and white membrane in small cubes
PREPARATION METHOD
Step 1
Let the sheets of gelatin sit in cold water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sit chocolate over a pan with boiling water (bain marie) and let it melt with the cocoa, coffee, butter, orange essence, rum and honey. Continuously stir. Mix well.
Step 3
Drain the gelatin and melt these in the chocolate mixture. Add the avocado and mix together until it is creamy.
Step 4
Slowly add the thickened cream. Mix until all ingredients are smooth.
Step 5
Add the mousse into small cups or bowls. Put in the refrigerator until cold. Decorate with orange slices or grated chocolate and serve.
