Greek PM Alexis Tsipras informed United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Antonio Guterres contact about the efforts the Greek government was making to handle the increased refugee inflows, during a phone contact Thursday. Tsipras and Guterres agreed that closer collaboration would be sought to deal with the refugee problem. Tsipras expressed his gratitude to Guterres for the UNHRC’s help in raising international awareness on the refugee problem.
