The Alonissos tourism committee is inviting couples to get married underwater in the turquoise waters of Alonissos. The initiative is part of an effort to attract more visitors to the island.

Furthermore, the Alonissos Committee for Tuurism Development and Promotion is also launching a new campaign for 2016 that will focus on the promotion of adventure tourism in the island by offering diving, trekking and other eco-friendly events that include exchanging vows on the island.
