A new wave of bad weather is expected to hit Europe with very low temperatures, heavy snowfall and strong winds.
Greece has already experienced the extreme weather phenomena from Saturday night with heavy rainfalls and strong winds causing damages to roads and areas, while the main bridge on Pinios River at Kalabaka, central Greece, ruptured.
Heavy snowfalls are also recorded in North Nafpactia with the snow covering houses and roads with no problems recorded so far.
The bad weather is expected to get worse over the next days with heavy snowfalls and very low temperatures all over Greece with wind velocity at 7 Beaufort in the Aegean Sean and 6 Beaufort in the Ionian Sea.
