An Israeli ‘El Al’ airplane performed an emergency landing at Athens International Airport ‘Eleftherios Venizelos’, Monday, 12.44pm. The Boeing 737-800 passenger plane was doing the Venice-Tel Aviv route. According to information, the aircraft requested to land due to technical problems. The procedure was carried out without any problems and the crew and passengers are all safe.
