It is no secret that Rhodes has been one of the top tourist destinations for travellers coming from the Scandinavian countries. But Ingeborg Trollaasen Oeines is miles ahead of her fellow Scandinavians when it comes to her love for the largest island in the Dodecanese. The woman from Norway has visited the island of the Templar Nights 100 times! To honours her love and dedication the municipality of Rhodes awarded her with special scroll of praise in a ceremony held at the city hall. The Rhodes municipality also recognised the German couple of Francoise and Manfred Theyman, who visited the island for the 22nd year in a row in 2016. Special praise was also given to anther German couple, Claudia and Rolf Rick who have been traveling to the island for 20 years.
