6.1 earthquake hits off Tonga Island

According to the USGC, a 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit close to the island of Tonga in the Pacific Ocean at a depth of 75km. The epicentre was 460km of the coast of Australia and 109km off the coasts of New Caledonia.
